Speaker of Parliament Meets the Leader of the Islamic Revolution

Dr. Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, met and held talks with Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, the esteemed Leader of the Islamic Revolution.

In this meeting, the latest developments in the military, economic and cognitive war of the American-Zionist enemy were reviewed, and emphasis was placed on strengthening the components of the country’s power; the effective role of the representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly in preserving and consolidating social cohesion and national unity and in the continued conscious and deterrent presence of the risen nation in public gatherings; the commitment of the government and the Parliament to cooperate in resolving the people’s economic and livelihood problems; and the advancement of matters related to the country’s strategic partners.

In this meeting, the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly also presented reports on the activities of the nation’s representatives since the start of the third imposed war, as well as on the Parliament’s current and future plans to resolve the country’s issues and problems.
